Customer Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

*The Gulistan House Loyalty Scheme [Card & Key-Fob] Terms & Conditions:
- The card, and its key-fob counterpart, will only be issued on email request and can only be collected with a purchase and on the presentation of a confirmation email or reference number (where applicable).
- The card, or its key-fob counterpart, are strictly non-transferable and thus also void if gifted, purchased, bartered or sold for cash.
- The card, or its key-fob counterpart, must be presented at the time of order to claim any offers or promotions. When presented, they entitle only their registered bearer to receive offers, promotions or discounts as decided by the issuer.
- The card, or its key-fob counterpart, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or vouchers, have no cash alternative and are only valid during the validity times and dates of the specific offer or promotion.
- Unless otherwise stated, all offers or promotions apply to food only and are not available on public holidays, over the festive season (Christmas and New Year's period) and on all special occasions (Valentine's Day, Easter Day, Mother's & Father's Days and Fireworks evening).
- The card, and its key-fob counterpart, remain the property of The Gulistan House and subject to its terms and conditions which may be changed at anytime and without any prior notice.
- The card, or its key-fob counterpart, may be withdrawn at anytime and without any prior notice.
- The card, or its key-fob counterpart, will not be replaced free of charge if lost, stolen or damaged.
- No discounts are available when ordering for delivery or when ordering online through Just Eat.co.uk.
- The Gulistan House assumes no liability.
